1.Is there a cancellation period ?

Once the subscription is taken, you cannot cancel in between the pack ends. For eg :- once the subscription is taken for a month, till it ends, you have the access to use

2. Does the subscription auto – renew ?

Our subscriptions are not auto – renewed. You’ve to manually auto- renew the subscription once its period is over.

3. How to use the coupon code?

Coupon codes are only valid for Yearly subscription not valid on any other pack.

4. After payment, What if the content is not accessible ?

Even after successful payment and if you couldn’t access the app, then raise an issue which will be sorted by the admin within 3-4 business working days.

5. What if there is any payment error / Network error ?

If the amount is debited from the account, and if the payment page is on error. The amount debited would be credited back by the bank.
